This was one amazing Conference, with a record number of attendees, an ever expanding software offering and a huge variety of training sessions to assist the user. With temperatures hitting 100, most of us were only too pleased to have a cool and well organized event to keep us inside.

Hot Discussion Topics – SSRS, 7S Upgrades, HotLine Support
The Conference also provided me with a chance to hear from many of you about your Yardi software requirements and helps me identify how Lynx, as a consulting firm, can assist. A few major areas dominated:

  1. There were so many discussions about moving existing custom reports to SSRS, due to an Yardi Voyager 7S upgrade. At Lynx, we have the experience and manpower to help you with report migration needs.
  2. Upgrading to Voyager 7S was also a hot topic. We have been involved in assisting with dozens of upgrades and conversions. We know what is needed to ensure a smooth and successful transition and have developed a structured, formalized methodology to minimize the pain of the transition and to ensure that all of the training, user acceptance testing, menus, and security are in place prior to go live.
