Yardi Implementation & Training

There is a tremendous amount of work to get a new system operational. With most companies running lean in the accounting and operations departments, there isn’t a lot of excess capacity to take on a Yardi conversion and handle current workloads as well. As a result, we often provide additional resources and staffing to get components of the Yardi system set-up, such as:

• Yardi Security
• Recoveries
• Data validation
• Lease abstracting

Also, to ensure a smooth transition, we will train the staff on all aspects of the new processes, technology, systems, and software. Over time, refresher training on advanced modules for existing and new staff is often beneficial to optimize the value of the new Yardi software.
