He has advised hundreds of real estate companies on system selection, implementation, and operational optimization.
Greg Robinson

Greg provides results-driven leadership, including technical sales, system configuration, integration, and administration. Greg oversees day-to-day operations across project fulfillment, business development, sales, staffing, and human resources. With a focus on execution and strategic growth, Greg is dedicated to ensuring the continued success and alignment of all Lynx stakeholders.

Ted is a skilled technology strategist responsible for designing and building enterprise software solutions at Lynx. He specializes in aligning technology initiatives and business objectives, with a particular focus on process automation and integrations between Yardi and Microsoft platforms. Ted oversees IT planning, solution architecture, business analysis, and change management.

Jacquie has over 25 years of valuable experience in the real estate industry. She has worked in the industry as a Controller of a large fee manager and then with three property management and accounting solutions. She has assisted hundreds of companies to identify their needs, select appropriate automation solutions, and successfully implement their choices.

Denise has over 25 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, process design, research, competitive analysis, and Yardi Voyager implementations, giving her expertise in multiple technologies and interactive design. Her expertise includes dealing with auditors, subsidy reconciliations, reserve funds, job costing, and more.

Tracey is a professionally designated accountant with over 20 years experience. She has expertise on various software platforms including Yardi 7S, Yardi 6, Genesis 2, and more. She has extensive experience with Investment Management implementations. Her expertise also includes data analysis and data corrections with a specialty in the Yardi core accounting system.
Jen Snow
Jen SnowSenior Project Manager
Jen has over 15 years of experience in the property management industry. She is experienced in project management, change management, process improvement, data conversion, custom solutions design, and application integration. She is adept at Yardi modules including: Residential, System Administration, Maintenance, Inspections, PAYscan, Café Portals, and eLearning.
Pete Allen

Pete is a Senior BA, Project Manager and Change Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience. He has worked as an implementation consultant, technical project manager and business analyst as well as a systems administrator and application manager, of a wide variety of ERP, property management, procurement and inventory, CRM and point-of-sale systems.

Ashley has 14 years of housing industry experience. Her expertise in residential market rate and affordable housing programs has given her extensive knowledge of various Yardi offerings. She uses this expertise to provide effective training, problem solving, end-user support, process improvement, implementation, and configuration of Yardi products.

She worked at Yardi for 7 years as a Strategic Client Account Executive where she assisted 100’s of companies to identify their needs, to select appropriate automation solutions. Alex also acts as a client liaison to ensure client needs are maintained throughout the implementation process.
