According to JLL’s Canada Technology Outlook – 2016 report, the technology field represented 2.8 per cent of employment in the country (503,000 workers) as of Q2 2016. Toronto leads the nation with 155,733 jobs in the field. However, the report revealed Ontario historically has low vacancy rates for office space.
