It was an outstanding event, overflowing with Yardi Users, food, entertainment, and fun. I know the Lynx Team had one of the best times ever, but also met many new clients, and Yardi contacts. From our company’s perspective, the sessions were invaluable with even more to offer our clients.
The Conference was kicked off by an inspiring presentation by Anant Yardi with a look into the future of technology.
“We now have a SWAT team within our cloud and they’re constantly monitoring for changes,” laughs Mr. Yardi. “We are sending members of our security teams to all of the security conferences so that we can be sure that we’re doing the right thing by you.”
He indicated that Yardi will continue to enhance cloud services and securities for its users. Some of the recent cloud architecture investments included: Next Gen firewalls, intrusion protection appliances and software, DDoS protection, web application firewalls, and end point protection. Ongoing training ensures that security staff stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
“Yardi is energized for tomorrow and Yardi is energized for good,” said Mr. Yardi
Staying on top of trends is an key way that Yardi plans to improve relationships through technology. The advancements in artificial intelligence lead the way to new applications, including property management.

Dinner & Drinks with Lynx
On Tuesday evening, we held “Dinner & Drinks with Lynx” for our team and Yardi Users. We gathered at a trendy nearby restaurant called Mission – the winner of 2015-16 Diners awards! It was a great time with exceptional Mexican food, wine and dancing. We topped off the evening with a draw for a Bose Soundlink Mini won by Carol from RRHA. Way to go Carol!!
