An interesting article about a much needed strata industrial park in south Vancouver – the first built in five years.
Vancouver has been so focused on building condos, that much of the needed industrial/commercial space has been eliminated, resulting in problems for smaller businesses.
To have a complete community, work as well as living space is needed. In the new development, construction is to begin in March and will offer units from 3,000 to 53,000 square feet.
