Improved user experience will be a key feature of Yardi’s new Voyager 8, which was announced at YASC 2023 in San Diego. Voyager 8’s user interface is completely different from Voyager 7s. It is more visually intuitive, featuring streamlined interfaces that will allow users to find what they need more easily. Rob Teel, President of Global Solutions, stated, “It’s a big leap from Voyager 7s.”
Voyager 8’s AI compatibility will help users to leverage the new technology as it evolves. AI can optimize operations by automating business processes and help navigate market changes by providing key insights to make informed and data driven decisions. Some Yardi products have already incorporated AI, through using chatbots to provide automated answers. AI will also allow users to organize and dispatch maintenance requests, and to access a virtual Voyager assistant to address software inquiries.
