Lynx Support Services department is comprised of professionals with many years of experience working with the Real Estate industry and the Intuit MRI software. Our primary focus is supporting our clients with the Intuit MRI software package, as well as developing Lynx customizations and applications for the MRI software suite.

Issue Description

Provide as much detail as possible about the issue you’ve uncovered and your preliminary investigation. You may want to consider testing the issue on another client machine, printer or database, and additional properties, vendors etc. Your preliminary testing enables us to quickly identify the issue as being data related, program related, or environmental.

Screen Captures

If possible, please take a moment to include in your email to us a screen shot of the problem. If the issue is report related, it’s best to always include a shot of the run-time options along with the report results; alternatively, send a shot of the view just before receiving an error and a capture of the error itself.

Which type of application are you using?

  • MRI for Windows or

  • MRI for the Web

Which version of the application are you using?

In which module/program/report is the problem happening?

Please include a screen shot if possible.
